Cancellations

 

* You can cancel your subscription to RotoGrinders at any time, and your service will continue for the remainder of your applicable billing cycle. Canceling will disable all future auto-renewals. 

 * You can cancel your subscription directly from your RotoGrinders profile by selecting subscription from the drop down menu.

Refunds

There are no refunds for partially used billing periods. Once a charge is made, there is no refund available, and you will need to follow the cancellation process to avoid being charged at the completion of your current billing period.

We are unable to manage subscriptions via iOS or Google Play subscriptions. All such subscriptions must be canceled or changed directly through the applicable platform. Instructions can be found below. 

 

Manage subscription through the Apple App Store

 

If you have registered through the App Store rather than our platform, we do not have the ability to manage the subscription. To proceed with the cancellation and refund process, it will be necessary to do so through your Apple account.

To manage your Apple App Store subscription, please navigate to your device's Settings > Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases > Subscriptions.

Manage subscription through the Google Play Store

 

If you have registered through the Play Store rather than our platform, we do not have the ability to manage the subscription. To proceed with the cancellation and refund process, it will be necessary to do so through your Google account.

To manage your subscription purchased through the Google Play Store, please follow the steps below:

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.

  1. Check if you’re signed into the correct Google Account.
  2. Tap Menu Subscriptions.
  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Tap Cancel subscription.
